Kale Potato Salad

INGREDIENTS
- 2 small to medium sized potatoes 
- A bunch of kale 
- Water (to cook) 
PROCESS
- Wash the vegetables thoroughly. 
- Pluck kale into bite-sized pieces. 
- Dice potatoes into quarter inch pieces. 
- Add water to the ingredients and steam them together for about 15 minutes or until cooked.
